DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1-That under the current agreement Carman M. C. Ries was
unjustly dealt with when the carrier denied him compensation for
the period 3:00 P. M. to 4:30 P. M., on April 3, 1951, the time he
was off to vote as provided by the Missouri State Law.
2-That accordingly the carrier be ordered to compensate
the aforementioned carman for the aforesaid period making him
whole.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment 'Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, a hearing thereon was held, and the Division is now
in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
