DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement Traveling Relief Engine Watchman Arthur Ham was denied waiting time while traveling to the various work locations and headquarters point and waiting time for his shift to start at the various work locations in his assignment.
2. That accordingly the carrier be ordered to compensate the aforementioned traveling relief engine watchman additionally for 45 hours and 59 minutes at the applicable straight time rate for each of the months involved from October 1, 1949 to September 30, 1950 inclusive.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
