DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: That Carman C. J. Ogle, was unjustly deprived of his service rights from October 9, 1950 to October 14, 1950, inclusive, under the current agreement, and that accordingly the carrier be ordered to compensate him for all time lost during the aforesaid period.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
