DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement Sub-station Operator Ray Schriver was unjustly suspended on October 5, 1950 and unjustly discharged on October 20, 1950.


2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to restore the aforesaid Substation Operator to service with seniority rights unimpaired and compensated for all time lost retroactive to October 5, 1950.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
