DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement Machinist E. H. French was
entitled to be called and paid for four (4) hours at his applicable
rate of pay for Saturday, February 2, 1952 account of Roundhouse
Foreman performing machinist work.
2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to pay this Claimant
for four (4) hour call at his applicable hourly rate.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National
Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte
form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that
the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
