DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly compensated Carman R. E. Garcia at straight time rate for service performed on March 22 and 23, 1952.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate the aforementioned Carman in the amount of four (4) hours' pay at the applicable hourly rate for each date shown above.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing was held thereon, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the parties 'that the case be withdrawn.
