THE PENNSYLVANIA RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
That it is in violation of the Controlling Agreement to suspend
Charles Sutton, Car Repairman, for a period of thirty (30) days.
Therefore, the Carrier should be ordered to compensate the
Claimant thirty days pay at the applicable Car Repairman's pro
rata rate.
That the Carrier be further ordered to expunge the charge from
his record, as provided for in Regulation 7-A-1, par. (d).
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
