DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: "1. That under the current agreement the Carrier has improperly assigned at Winfield, Kansas, employes other than Carmen to inspect, service, maintain and repair rolling equipment.


2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to make Carman T. E. Alexander whole by compensating him additionally for eight (8) hours at the applicable overtime rate for each day's violation retroactive in accordance with Rule 33 of the effective agreement."


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
