PARTIES TO DISPUTE







DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement other than Carmen were improperly used to augment the Carmen and Car Helper forces to perform rerailing and make repairs to M. P. 60057 at Neodesha, Oklahoma on August 23, 1951.


2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Carmen D. Reed, M. M. Shultz and A. L. Williams; Truckman J. T. Doyle; and Car Helpers W. H. Watkins and L. C. Dyer for 3% hours at straight time.rate and 4 hours at time and one-half rate.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
