ATCHISON, TOPEKA & SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY
    DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:


      "1. That under the current agreement, Non-Licensed Electronic Technician C. L. Shreeve, was improperly laid off in a force reduction at the close of his shift on May 21, 1954.


      2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to reinstate this employe's position, restore him thereto and reimburse him for all expenses and wage losses incurred as the consequence of the action on the aforesaid date."


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.

                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
