DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly assigned Mechanical Inspector S. Kuzma, Jr., on February 14, 1953 to perform the work of changing a main bearing on a generator on Diesel Engine No. 9903.


2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Electrician E. G. Woolever in the amount of five (5) hours at the time and one-half rate for February 14, 1953.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was not held, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case'be withdrawn.
