PITTSBURGH AND LAKE ERIE RAILROAD COMPANY

DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: The dispute arose at Youngstown, Ohio. The Company and the organization agreed to an extra board at this point. Now the carrier is violating this set-up and using carmen to do work that belongs to these extra car inspectors. The organization is claiming eight (8) hours pay for Mr. Thomas Hanlon for June 30, 1954 and eight (8) hours pay for Mr. R. J. Baldelli for June 25. 1954 on account of carmen doing work that belonged to the extra car inspectors.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




    Claim dismissed.
