DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement Coach Cleaner W. N. Pool was improperly compensated at the straight time rate instead of the time and one-half rate for the second eight hours of service after having performed his day's work assignment from 7:00 A. M. to 3:00 P. M., Wednesday, June 23, 1954.
2. That the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate this employe at the time and one-half rate from 3:00 P. M. to 11:00 P. M. on the aforesaid date.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the parties that the case be withdrawn.
