DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: (1) That under the current agreement the Carrier on June 7, 1954, improperly removed from the service "B" Machinist Herman Wann of Argentine Shops, Argentine, Kansas, and that accordingly the Carrier be ordered to restore him to service with all pass, vacation and other rights previously held, with compensation for all time lost retroactive to the aforementioned date.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
