THE ATCHISON, TOPEKA & SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY

DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly assigned Electrical Worker A. J. Dumas, Car Lighting and Air Conditioning Inspector, to -perform electrical work on radio equipped cabooses, between the hours of 6:00 A. M. and 10:00 A. M., December 3, 1953.


2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate a first shift Winslow Roundhouse Electrical Worker to be designated in the amount of four (4) hours at the applicable time and one-half rate.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing thereon was not held, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
