DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement Class "B" Laborer George
Lander was improperly used to perform work of cleaning
cabooses on June 10 and 24, 1954, which work is subject to
be performed by Class "C" Laborers.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Class
"C" Laborer J. S. Martinez in the amount of four (4) hours
pay for each of the days set forth in Item 1 above.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
