DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement Electrician (Power Operator) Roland E. Glen was unjustly dismissed from the service
on December 3, 1.954.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to restore the aforesaid Electrician to service with seniority rights unimpaired
and paid for all time lost retroactive to December 3, 1954.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division
of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to orgnization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a
request
from
the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
