DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current applicable agreement the Carrier at Del Mar, improperly assigned Coach Cleaner Nejia to handle air conditioning and car lighting equipment on passenger cars.
2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to assign Electrical Workers who are Traveling Car Lighting and Air Conditioning Inspectors to such work..
3. That accordingly, for the settlement in this instant dispute, the Carrier be ordered to compensate Electrical Workers Lawrence Wilde and Troy Shupe who are Car Lighting and Air Conditioning Inspectors off in force reduction and subject to recall, each in the amount due him on alternate days this work was illegally performed from July 27, until corrected or the train taken off. This is a seasonal train.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to reorganization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
