DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement, Electrician V. A. Wright, considers that he was unjustly treated when he was suspended from service for five work days on February 10, 11, 12, 13 and 21, 1954.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate him for the wage loss suffered by him on these days.
3. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to clear his record of this charge.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
