DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: (1) That under the current agreement A. L. Carmona, D. A. Britten, A. E. Araujo, H. L. Husband and Raymond Najar were improperly compensated at the straight time rate for service performed on October 26, 1954.
(2) That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate the aforesaid employes additionally in the amount of four (4) hours' pay at the straight time rate for the above named date.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
