DISPUTE: CLA131 OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current Agreement Electrical Apprentices Vekemans and Kepzynski were unjustly dealt with when they were not permitted to work on June 1 and 9, 1954, respectively.


2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate the aforesaid apprentices each in the amount of eight (8) hours pay at the applicable straight time rate.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.




    Claim dismissed.
