DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: (1) That under the current agreement other than a Carman Painter was improperly used to paint the car washing machine at King Street Station on August 25 and 27, September 10 and 13, 1954.


(2) That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Carman Painter Oscar E. Chauncey in the amount of nine (9) hours pay at the applicable time and one-half rate.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
