PARTIES TO DISPUTE:






DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: (A) That under the controlling agreement the Carrier improperly assigned Carman Helper R. B. Roberts to perform car inspector's work thereby damaging Car Inspector J. L. Weidner.


(B) That J. L. Weidner car inspector be paid four (4) hours' pay at the straight time rate for May 22, 1953, for car inspection work performed by Carman Helper R. B. Roberts.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
