DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That the continuity of service of Electrician Elouvin Sanchez with the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway System, has been unbroken since his employment on November 12, 1944.
2. That the Atchison , Topeka and Santa Fe Railway be required to compute Electrician Sanchez vacation with pay, free transportation, etc., on the basis of continuous service since his employment on November 12, 1944, in conformity with the provisions of the Current Agreement between the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway System and System Federation No. 97, Railway Employs' Department, A. F. of L., effective August 1, 1945, as amended; and the National Vacation Agreement, effective December 1, 1941, as amended.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be wihdrawn.
