DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement other than Firemen and Oilers' Craftsmen are improperly used at Conneaut, Ohio, Car Department during the period lake ore navigation season is closed, to build and maintain fires in stoves used to heat buildings, carry in coal and carry out ashes in connection with firing stoves, clean office building, clean lunch room, clean wash room, clean other Car Department buildings used for various purposes, keep the grounds along the repair track and in vicinity of buildings clear of rubbish and scrap material, and clear snow and ice from walk ways.

2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to:

a) Establish a Class-E (Car Yard Laborer) position at Conneaut Car Shop during the period lake ore navigation is closed.

b) Compensate Laborer D. C. Narducci for loss of wages since November 13, 1954 account of the Carrier failing to establish a Class-E laborer position at Conneaut Car Shop during the period lake ore navigation season is closed.

STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
