INTERNATIONAL-GREAT NORTHERN RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement Car Inspector J. H. Bevil
was unjustly suspended from service on May 31, 1952 and unjustly
dismissed from the service on July 1, 1952.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate the
aforesaid Car Inspector for all time lost between May 31, 1952 and
August 26, 1952, the date he was restored to service.
STATEMENT:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to
Organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request
from the Employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
