DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement, the Carrier improperly abolished the assigned Wrecking Crew with the exception of the Fireman and Engineer at Everett, Washington effective April 23, 1954.


2. That the Carrier subsequently failed to call four of the affected Carmen, W. Smith, L. Van Landegham, B. Pearson and G. Magaffin for a derailment at Foss River, June 1, 1954.








STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the Employes that the case be withdrawn.
