DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement, the Carrier improperly abolished the assigned Wrecking Crew with the exeception of the Fireman and Engineer at Everett, Washington, effective April 23, 1954.


2. That the Carrier subsequently failed to call five of the affected Carmen, A. Weber, W. Smith, B. Pearson, G. Magaffin and L. Van Landegham for a derailment at Snohomist, Washington, on June 5, 1954, and Eclipse Mill, Everett, Washington on June 6, 1954.








STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the Employes that the case be withdrawn.
