DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly abolished the assigned wrecking crew with the exception of the Fireman and Engineer at Everett, Washington, Effective April 23, 1954.
2. That the Carrier subsequently failed to call three of the affected Carmen, George Magaffin, W. Smith and Louis Van Landegham for the derailment of Engine 611 at Burlington, Washington, October 9, 1954.
STATEMENT: The .above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the Employes that the case be withdrawn.
