DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current Agreement, Carmen A. L. Costa and J. J. Carillo consider they were unjustly treated when they were deprived of the opportunity to work overtime on July 19, 1954 and July 25, 1954, on the property of the Southern Pacific Company at Tracy, California.


2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate the aforesaid Carmen as follows: Carman A. L. Costa. eight (8) hours at the prevailing time and one-half rate on July 19, 1954; Carman J. J. Carillo eight (8) hours at the prevailing time and one-half rate on July 25, 1954. Both of the foregoing dates being the assigned rest days of employes involved.


STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the Employes that the case be withdrawn.
