DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That Car Inspector George A. Skasko was unjustly suspended for ten actual working days, commencing March 3, 1955.
2. That Car Inspector George A. Skasko was unjustly deprived of 111/2 hours wages as a result of being held out of service pending a hearing and investigation held February 8, 1955.
3. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to reimburse him for the ten actual working days wages assessed him.
STATEMENT: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to Organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the Employes that the case be withdrawn.
