NORTHERN PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement, Section Lineman A. C.
Whelan was unjustly dismissed from the service on the Northern
Pacific Railway Company on August 23, 1954.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to restore Section
Lineman Whelan to service with seniority and service rights unimpaired and paid for all time lost since August 23, 1954.
EMPLOYES' STATEMENT OF FACTS: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board in
ex parte form by the above referred to Organization, hearing thereon was
not held, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes
that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
