DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement Grade "C" Machinist
N. O. Kuner was unjustly dealt with when Grade "E" Machinist
Gene Edwards was used to repair a Hump Motor Car on June 20,
1953, which is work belonging to Grade "C" Machinists in accordance with the Graded Work Classification for Machinists.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate the
aforesaid claimant for a three (3) hour call at the Grade "C"
punitive rate of pay.
EMPLOYES' STATEMENT OF FACTS:
The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board
in ex parte form by the above referred to organization and the Division is
now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
