DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOY ES:
(1) That the current agreement was violated when remaining
members of the wrecking crew were not called to accompany the
wrecking outfit and wrecking derrick operator C. J. Hart from LaCrosse, Wisconsin to Minocqua, Wisconsin on November 7, 1954.
(2) That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to additionally
compensate wrecking crew members, L. V. Akright, E. A. Meil and
W. J. Lutiger for the same number of hours at the applicable rate
of pay as derrick operator, C. .7. Hart was compensated from 4 P. M.
Sunday, November 7, 1954 to 6:30 A. M., November 8, 1954.
STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
The above question was submitted to the
Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above
referred to Organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt
of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
