SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 42, RAILWAY EMPLOYES,

ATLANTIC COAST LINE RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the controlling agreement Electrician G. C. Proctor
was improperly paid while traveling from Waycross, Georgia to Montgomery, Alabama on December 27th and 28th, 1954, and returning
on December 31st, 1954 and January 1st, 1955.
2. That the Carrier be ordered to compensate Mr. Proctor the
difference between what he was paid and what he should have been
paid on the dates in question.
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: The above question was submitted to the
Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above
referred to Organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt
of a request from the Employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
