CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
That second class m4chinist Charles Brown has been unjustly
dealt with and that accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally
pay him for the time lost on Christmas Day, Saturday, Decemebr 25,
1954, in the amount of eight (8) hours at the time and one half rate.
STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
The above question was submitted to the
Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above
referred to Organization in ex parte form, hearing was held thereon, and the
Division is now in receipt of a request from the Employes that the case be
withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
