DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement the carrier improperly
augmented the wrecking crew at Meridian, Mississippi, with employes other than carmen to perform carmen's work at derailment at
Marion, Mississippi, July 13, 1954 to July 15, 1954 inclusive.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate four Carmen (whose names appear below) at their applicable overtime rates of pay for the number of hours indicated on
the dates shown below:

STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
The above question was submitted to the
Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above
referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt
of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
