DISPUTE: CLAIM
OF
EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement other than Great Northern Railway Machinists were improperly used to perform work on
Great Northern Railway Diesel No. 623, April 28, 1954, at Bend,
Oregon.
2. That accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to additionally
compensate Machinist J. H. Riskus in the amount of 12 hours pay
at the straight time rate of pay for April 28, 1953.
STATEMENT
OF
CLAIM: The above question was submitted to the
Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above
referred to organization in ex parte form, hearing was held thereon, and
the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case
be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
