SYSTEM FEDERATION NO. 91, RAILWAY EMPLOYES'

LOUISVILLE AND NASHVILE RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly
assigned Bridge and Building employes to wrecking service on November 22, 1954 at Arlington, Tennessee.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate a (Carmen) wrecking crew equal in number at the applicable rate for all time worked by Section Laborers and Foremen
in wrecking service, plus necessary traveling time.
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: The above question was submitted to the
Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above
referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt
of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
