DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement the Carrier improperly
abolished the jobs of four Carmen at Tulsa, Oklahoma and in lieu
thereof established two Working Foremen's jobs effective February
1, 1955.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to discontinue such
Working Foremen's jobs and restore Carmen J. T. Branham, E. F.
Tucker, R. E. Gregeon and C. S. Brownlee to service as Carmen at
Tulsa, Oklahoma.
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: The above question was submitted to the
Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above
referred to Organization in ex parte form, hearing was not held, and the
Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be
withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
