THE TEXAS AND PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement other than Locomotive
Supplymen were improperly assigned to supply locomotives on March
28, April 1, 4, 7, 10, and 12, 1955.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate the following Laborers in the amount of 8 hours' pay at
the applicable rate for each date set forth after their name:
C. C. Nations March 28, 1955 D. Rocha April 4, 1955
J. M. Paul April 1, 1955 E. A. Fierro April 7, 1955
T. A. Burcham April 1, 1955 D. White April 10, 1955
J. V. Turnbow April 1, 1955 B. Paredez April 12, 1955
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: The above question was submitted to the
Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above
referred to Organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt
of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
