DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
That under the controlling Agreement, 3rd Shift Car Inspector
J. E. Parker was entitled to eight (8) hours pay at the applicable
overtime rate when required to assume the duties of a 2nd Shift Car
Inspector on his, Parker's, regularly assigned rest day.
STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
The above question was submitted to the
Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above
referred to Organization in ex pane form, and the Division is now in receipt
of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
