ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current Agreement the Carrier assigned
other than employes of the Sheet Metal Workers' Craft to make
new installations and extend existing lines for Building Heating,
Sewer Lines, Plumbing and lines for the delivery of water to
facilities where required, in the enlarging of the Frog Shop at the
Newton, Kansas Rail Mill both prior to and subsequent to February
8, 1955.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to
a) Cease and desist from assigning other than Sheet
Metal Workers to .perform this work.
b) Additionally compensate the below named Sheet
Metal Workers at their regular established overtime rate
for the same amount of time that it took the Contractors'
plumbers to perform this work.

STATEMENT OF CLAIM The above question was submitted to the
Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above
referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt
of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
