DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement, Carman R. J. Migl was
improperly compensated for service performed addition to his regular
bulletined assignment on the following dates: April 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,
11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22, 1955, and April 9 and
16, 1955.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate the
aforesaid Carman additionally in the amount of one (1) hour for
working lunch period on straight time basis for dates: April 4,
5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22, 1955.
3. That the Carrier be ordered to compensate the aforesaid
Carman additionally in the amount of one (1) hour on straight time
basis for not being allowed to work regular assigned hour from 3:00
P. M., to 4:00 P. M.; for dates: April 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13,
14, 15, 18, 19, 20; '21 and 22, 1955.
4. That the Carrier be ordered to compensate the aforesaid
Carman additionally in the amount of four (4) hours on straight
time basis for working regular assigned rest days April 4, 11, and
18, 1955.
5. That the Carrier be ordered to compensate the aforesaid
Carman eight (8) hours on straight time basis for not being allowed
to work regular assigned week work days April 9 and 16, 1955.
STATEMENT OF CLAIM The above question was submitted to the
Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above
referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt
of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
