THE PENNSYLVANIA RAILROAD COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement the Carrier has improperly
and unjustly removed R. R. Hainsey and V. L. Diggins from the
Machinist Craft seniority roster of South Altoona, Foundries.
2. That, accordingly, the Carrier be ordered to restore R. R.
Hainsey and V. L. Diggins to the Machinist Craft seniority rosters
with seniority rights and unimpaired.
STATEMENT OF CLAIM: The above question was submitted to the
Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above
referred to Organization in ex parte form, hearing was not held, and the
Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be
withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
