      GREAT NORTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY


DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES: 1. That under the current agreement the Great Northern Railway Company on August 3rd, 1955 unjustly assessed a mark against the personal record of Carmen J. R. Roberts, G. C. Ames and Fred Hopp for a delay which occurred to Train No. 24 at the St. Paul Union Depot on the morning of June 25th, 1955.


2. That accordingly the Great Northern Railway Company be ordered to clear the personal records of each of the above named Carmen of the aforesaid unjust August 3rd mark.


STATEMENT OF CLAIM: The above question was submitted to the Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.


                  AWARD


    Claim dismissed.
