DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That other than Sheet Metal Workers were improperly assigned to perform Sheet Metal Workers' work on sand trap of
Diesel Locomotive No. 5583 on January 9, 1955.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to compensate Sheet
Metal Worker Harry L. Jones for a four (4) hour call under the
applicable terms of the current agreement.
STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
The above question was submitted to the
Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above
referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt
of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
