THE PITTSBURGH & WEST VIRGINIA RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
a) Claim that the carrier violates the Agreement when it assigns Machinist Helper Andrew Facciotti to operate a derrick in the
Car Shop when he is not working as wreck derrick engineer.
b) The carrier should be required to assign Andrew Facciotti
to Machinist Helper work when not working as wreck derrick
engineer and should be required to assign all work of operating derricks on carmen's work in the car shop to employes of the Caimen's
craft.
STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
The above question was submitted to the
Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above
referred to Organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt
of a request from the employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
