ELGIN, JOLIET AND EASTERN RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE:
CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That under the current agreement Laborer W. Bocina was
improperly compensated for service performed on May 16, 17, 23
and 24, 1955.
2. That accordingly the Carrier be ordered to additionally compensate the aforesaid Laborer in the amount of 4 hours pay at the
straight time rate of pay for each of the above stated dates.
STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
The above question was submitted to the
Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above
referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt
of a request from the Employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
