NORTHERN PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY
DISPUTE: CLAIM OF EMPLOYES:
1. That Electrician O. C. Olson was unjustly treated by the
Carrier when he was discharged from service.
2. That Electrician Olson should be restored to service with
seniority and all other rights unimpaired.
3. That Electrician Olson should be compensated for time lost
from and including June 7, 1955, plus 5 days of vacation earned in
1954.
STATEMENT OF CLAIM:
The above question was submitted to the
Second Division of the National Railroad Adjustment Board by the above
referred to organization in ex parte form, and the Division is now in receipt
of a request from the Employes that the case be withdrawn.
AWARD
Claim dismissed.
